Field experience
in the service of your
results.
I’ve led complex transformations from both sides: on the ground and at headquarters, in NGOs and large corporations, strategy and people. What I’ve learned: lasting results don’t come from good strategy alone. They come from the ability to align strategy, systems and relationships at the same time.
A complete reading of organisations, from the inside.
Fifteen years across three very different worlds — an international NGO, large agri-food groups, multicultural settings. I’ve worked in the field with teams, across supply chains, and at headquarters with executive committees and shareholders. This dual experience lets me see an organisation from every level and quickly pinpoint where the blocks and the levers lie.
A field
and headquarters view.
At Earthworm Foundation, I coordinated projects with teams in Asia and Latin America. At Tereos and Bonduelle, I led strategic transformations at Group level (B Corp, corporate purpose, 30+ cross-functional projects, 600+ stakeholders).
I became interested in how the players relate to one another. That’s often where everything plays out — and often where I step in first.
This experience now lets me understand a mid-sized company in reorganisation just as well as an international NGO in transformation. The human and systemic dynamics are, at their core, the same.

Together, the two deliver results that last — not just during the project, but over time.

15 years at the heart of transformations
Consulting & Coaching — Today
Coaching executives and organisations (Partage, SCAEL, IÉSEG, FGES, Convention des entreprises pour le climat).
What it confirms every day: lasting transformations emerge when strategy, systems and relationships are worked on at the same time.
Bonduelle
Cross-functional lead on a deep transformation: co-building the company’s purpose with the executive committee, designing its governance, co-building roadmaps with every business unit, B Corp certification (40% of revenue). In parallel: connecting strategy / HR / management / culture so the transformation was driven, not endured.
What I took from it: a transformation succeeds when everyone understands where we’re heading, why, and what it changes for them.
Tereos
Transforming the agricultural model: supply-chain partnerships with customers and suppliers, operational rollout across 25% of the land, working closely with procurement and innovation.
What I took from it: the field gets on board when it co-builds — not when it’s lectured to.
Independent consulting
Supporting NGOs and companies on their societal impact: WWF, Rainforest Alliance, Danone, Rougier.
What I took from it: stepping into an unfamiliar organisation and quickly spotting its real levers. It’s a skill — and it can be learned.
Earthworm Foundation
10+ corporate partnerships on sustainable sourcing, public–private multi-stakeholder collaborations, fieldwork across Asia / Africa / Latin America, an expatriation in Brazil.
What I took from it: cooperating without hierarchical authority, with very different players, in complex settings. The foundation of everything I do today.
Education: ITA© certified practitioner coach (KOAN, 2024) · Strategic Change Management, Executive Program (HEC Paris) · MBA in Sustainable Development Strategies (ESC La Rochelle).
