Anne-Sophie Gougeon

For whom: a leader, a manager, an entrepreneur at a pivotal moment.
Individual Coaching & Leadership

Learning to take your stance,
to decide, to embody meaning
from who you truly are.

« We do not become luminous by gazing at the light, but by passing through our shadows. »
— Carl Gustav Jung
The conviction

What holds you back
isn't outside —
it's within.

You carry a vision. You make decisions in a complex environment. And at times, you sense that what resists lies neither in your strategy nor in your teams — it’s in your own way of operating.

Not a lack of skills. Rather, blind spots in how you position yourself, how you decide, how you embody what you stand for. A leader who truly knows themselves decides better, influences more accurately, and holds up over time.
Use cases

The situations
that lead people
to reach out

Every engagement starts from where you are — not from a preset model.
Clarifying your vision and your positioning
Defining a direction that truly reflects you — and that rallies others around you.
Learning to decide
Moving past hesitation, costly compromises, decisions put off for later. Deciding from who you are, not from what others expect of you.
Navigating a transition
A new role, a change of position, a new direction: making the transition without losing what defines you.
Strengthening your impact
Developing your ability to rally, to influence, to win buy-in — without forcing or betraying yourself.
Overcoming what holds you back
Identifying the patterns that limit your effectiveness and developing new, more aligned ways of operating.
The method

How I work

01

Clarifying what's at stake

Identifying your real challenges, beyond the symptoms. Where do your true levers for action lie?
02

Exploring your blind spots

What limits your impact often lies in what you don’t see: implicit beliefs, automatic reflexes, relational blind spots.
03

Experimenting with new practices

Between sessions, you try out new behaviours. We analyse what works, adjust — until it becomes natural.

An integrative approach

My practice draws on Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, NLP, the systemic approach, Processwork and IFS. This diversity lets me tailor the support to your challenges — connecting operational action with deep transformation.
Format

At your own pace

Sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours, by video call or in person, at a pace suited to your needs (weekly or fortnightly). Duration: typically 3 to 6 months.
Next step

Let's talk about your situation

A first 30-minute conversation to understand where you stand — and to see whether my approach fits what you’re going through. No commitment. Just a conversation.
