The traveller's spirit
in the service of
transformation.
Transforming an organisation is like setting out on a journey through unknown territory: curiosity for what is different, humility before complexity, the ability to grow from diversity rather than fear it.
Born from my experience in the field
Every system is unique, and that uniqueness deserves to be revealed, not corrected.
A person, a team, an organisation: each has its own configuration, its own history, its own way of moving forward. I never try to force a system into a model. I seek to reveal what makes it unique, so it can fully come into its own.
Differences aren’t a problem to solve — they’re a lever for achievement.
Differences in vision, viewpoint and ways of working aren’t frictions to smooth over. Handled well, they are what make a system grow beyond anything any single party could have reached alone. An organisation moves forward when it learns to turn its differences into a strength rather than a threat.
I've made this journey too, from within organisations
I’ve held very different roles: in the field and at head office, in NGOs and in large corporations, in France and internationally. Each experience showed me a different — sometimes opposite — angle on what makes an organisation move forward or get stuck.
It is precisely these differences of viewpoint, lived from the inside, that taught me my second conviction: you don’t move forward by smoothing visions over, but by making them genuinely meet.
That’s why I never separate a business problem from the people and viewpoints that make it up.
Consultant & Coach
Two perspectives, to go deeper.
The consultant: the what
Sees strategic and operational stakes. Identifies structural blockers and organisational levers. Acts on the “what”.
The coach: the how
Sees people and what they are going through. Works on the relationship, the unspoken, the human dynamics that determine what can truly change. Acts on the “how”.
On its own, strategy ignores what makes your organisation unique. On its own, coaching lacks a grip on reality. Together, the two reveal what can truly change.
15+ years at the heart of transformation
More than fifteen years supporting strategic, cultural and human transformations — from the field in NGOs to the leadership of major food-industry groups, in France and internationally.
Bonduelle
Cross-functional project lead of a deep transformation: reframing the purpose and impact strategy with the executive committee, redesigning governance, co-building roadmaps with every subsidiary and function, B Corp certification (40% of revenue). Leading the PEOPLE pillar (HR / management / culture and learning) so that the transformation was embodied and carried by everyone.
A transformation succeeds when everyone understands where we’re going, why, and what it changes in practice.
Tereos
Transforming the agricultural model: supply-chain partnerships with customers and suppliers, operational rollout across 25% of the acreage, working with purchasing and innovation.
The business turning point: roadmaps imposed from the top advanced slowly; those co-built with the field held over time, even without extra resources.
Independent consulting
Supporting NGOs and companies on their societal impact: WWF, Rainforest Alliance, Danone, Rougier.
What I took from it: entering an unfamiliar organisation and quickly identifying its real levers. That’s a skill you can learn.
Earthworm Foundation
Fieldwork in Asia, Europe and Latin America, with an expatriation to Brazil. More than ten partnerships coordinated between companies, NGOs and other stakeholders — each with its own interests, its own definition of success, and no hierarchical authority to decide in my place.
What I draw from it today: the ability to move a collective forward without being able to impose, by building alignment rather than forcing it.
